Our Management Services include rent collection, vendor coordination, property inspections and regular reporting.
We utilize a state-of-the-art payment system for tenants which allows a tenant to transfer funds directly from their bank to your rental account. Our leases call for rents to be due on the 1st of the month with no grace period, which allows us to transfer funds to you faster.
24 Hour Emergency number allows a tenant the ability to report issues anytime. Your manager will review the problem and coordinate with the proper vendor to make it right. You only pay the cost of the vendor, which you control with a maximum payment authorization.
Your personal property manager will perform regular “drive-by” exterior inspections to make sure the lawn is cared for and that the property is kept tidy. Every six months your manager perform an interior inspection of your property. Our goal is to protect your investment and stop problems before they start.
You will be emailed a monthly statement of income and expenses. We will also provide an Income Statement and 1099 for each year.
